The two-day programme is curated to meet the specific needs of senior marketing leaders. Pre-Festival, we connect with attendees and gather individual burning issues to help map out a targeted programme. Jim evaluates and explores these issues in a series of roundtable sessions ensuring each one is addressed by the end of the programme.
Jim moderates each day with top tier speakers invited into the classroom to present exclusive content. The highly curated agenda of topics is inspired by the current challenges facing marketing leaders and is followed by peer-to peer discussions. Participants leave with a personal action plan as well as a host of new thinking, case studies and connections to advance their business, organisation and career.
The evening before the Accelerator starts, an intimate networking dinner is hosted by Jim and Cannes Lions. Held in a beautiful restaurant in the city of Cannes, it’s an excellent way for the class to get to know each other.

The former Global Marketing Officer of P&G, Jim oversaw an $8B advertising budget and helped the company win Creative Marketer of the Year in 2008.
Jim now leads a boutique consultancy/think tank focused on purpose discovery and activation as well as leadership and culture development within companies around the world.
Jim has served as course leader of the CMO Accelerator since 2013 and launched the Young Marketers Academy in 2011.
Suzanne Tosolini is a senior consultant with the Jim Stengel Company with over 29 years industry experience between her P&G and consulting experience. Suzanne's career started in 1991 at Procter & Gamble where she led brands like Tide/Ariel, Downy/Lenor, Always, OldSpice and Pantene.
Since 2011, Suzanne has led the Brand Marketers Academy at Cannes Lions. Since 2013 she has worked alongside Jim running the CMO Accelerator Program at Cannes, designed to inspire and enable marketing leaders to achieve success with their brands and organizations.
Both in consulting, and during her time at P&G, Suzanne has built a skill and passion for developing purposeful strategies with fresh approaches to brand building.
